Application
After opening the packaging, the protective foil must first be removed. Then the back warmer can be applied to any part of the body (back, neck, abdomen, etc.) on the bottom layer of clothing (do not stick directly to the skin!). It is important to provide further insulation so that the full heat can develop over 12 hours.
