National methods of payment

Customers from Germany can pay Bike24 by advance payment, cash on delivery, credit card (American Express, Mastercard, Visa), invoice and electronic direct debiting. Financed transactions are also possible for selected articles. The payment via invoice or electronic direct debiting is not selectable for new customers.

Cash on delivery: If you pay cash on delivery an additional charge of 2,00 EUR charged by the Deutsche Post AG has to be paid by the receiver of the shipment.

Electronic direct debiting: In case of payment by electronic direct debiting, please supply your banking information within the ordering process. Actual payment will be triggered the day the order is dispatched. Please, note that you must have sufficient funds in your account. This type of payment is not available to new customers.

Invoice: With the delivery of your order you will receive an invoice from us indicating the payment terms. You may pay this invoice by bank transfer within the specified payment deadline. Payment by invoice is not available to new customers.

Credit card: Our customers can pay by Mastercard, VISA and American Express credit cards. After the transaction is authorized by your bank your order will be shipped as soon as possible. Actual payment will be triggered the day the order is dispatched.

Advance payment: If you pay in advance, you have to transfer the amount directly to the bank account of Bike24. Please keep in mind that bank fees to be borne by you might be charged with advance payments (especially from abroad). Bike24 has to receive the total invoice amount. The bank account number for the transfer will be sent by e-mail. Please note that it is really necesarry to add the order number to the reason of transfer.

International methods of payment

We ask our customers from abroad to pay by credit card or advance payment only.
