Complaints & Warranty:
The statutory warranty conditions apply. The warranty period is 2 years.
Please contact us in case of problems with one of our products. We will
give advice to solve the problem. In case of a defective item we will
replace or repare it.
Transport damages:
If you receive a damaged packet please inform us as soon as possible, at
the latest within 2 days.
