The mid-cut version of the the Spring/Summer Collection 2015 hightlight impresses with waterproof and breathable DryDS-membrane on mixed terrain. Whether lightweight climbing routes, trail running or speedhiking - mountain sports are in winter beyond the ski slopes, a wonderful experience. The specially developed shoe sole from sole specialist Vibram, holds on any surface and allows a sensitive feel for the ground. That's the instinct to which the blind mountaineer Andy Holzer is dependent on his mountain tours. To keep the shoe stable enough for climbs, the midsole has an additional stiffening plate. Rubberized zones at toe and heel protect the high quality material from abrasion.

Dachstein Spürsinn shoes are quite small. We strongly recommend to take a half-size larger than usual.
For production, Dachstein uses only selected materials of the highest quality. The durable and specially coated leather variations brave the weather in all its forms.
This lightweight membrane is water-resistant, breathable, and provides balanced climate comfort—especially in warm temperatures or active situations. Our winter models also have an additional insulation in the shaft. This blend of D-Tex and insulation prevents moisture from penetrating the boot, preserves warmth, and maintains ideal temperatures for the feet.
