Cannondale Postmount Adapter KH130/ for SuperMax and Lefty Hybrid 27.5" in connection with SuperMax hub. Suitable for 160 mm rotors on Lefty Hybrid and 180 mm on SuperMax forks.
The Cannondale SuperMax hub have a wider flange support for increased wheel stiffness. Because of that the brake rotor sits further out and requires that special adapter.
