The Pro 4 hubs got a reworked hub body with bigger flanges to follow the trend to bigger wheels. With higher flanges you'll get a stronger and stiffer wheel compared to the Pro 2 Evo.

Of course every Pro 4 can be easily converted to other axle mounts, all Pro 2 Evo conversion kits are compatible with the Pro 4 hub.

The Pro 4 Trial hub includes a further development of Hope's proven ratchet mechanism. Four offset pawls engage into a 44 teeth steel ratchet fixed into the hub shell, to provide incredible 88 engagement points. The freehub is sealed with a frictionless, non contact labyrinth seal. Increased spoke flange diameters spread the spoke holes away from each other to allow the use of shorter spokes to build a more durable, stiffer and stronger wheel. Hope made a couple of noticeable changes on the new Pro 4 hubs. They all run on bigger stainless steel bearings now which results in a greater lifespan, smoother, free running characteristics and even more value for the money. Compatible with all brake discs with ISO 6 hole design.
