Description of RockShox Lyrik RCT Dual Position Air OneLoc 27.5 Inch Fork - 180/150mm - 46mm Offset - Tapered - Maxle Ultimate - 15x110mm Boost - black

Simply put, the RockShox Lyrik is an absolute weapon for enduro riders everywhere. It makes more control, at higher speeds, on big burley terrain not only possible but also addictive. The latest Lyrik gets Rockshox new Charger 2 damper, which reduces overall weight, increases bump-sensitivity and traction, and reduces the force needed to turn knobs and lock in the best setting for the terrain. Today’s enduro riders demand ultimate pedaling efficiency, this version of Lyrik is OneLoc remote compatible, which allows on-the-fly compression control. The firm setting has also been re-tuned to better match RockShox rear shocks. Boost chassis is compatible to run wider (2.8") tires.
Of course proven features are still included like stiff 35 mm Fast Black upper tubes. And the integrated bolt on cable stop allows for neat routing of the brake hose.

  • Boost
With revolutionary advancements in bicycle componentry, like SRAM's XX1, X01 and X1 drivetrains, mountain bike designers have been given almost limitless freedom to focus solely on the performance of the bike. Each advancement demands that the entire package works flawlessly. Aggressive trail and enduro riders have been increasingly enjoying the benefits of larger wheels, but many still view 27.5" and 29" wheels as a possible weak link. Which is why SRAM has developed an open standard with Boost compatible components for SRAM drivetrain, hubs and RockShox forks.
  • Dual Position Air
If you want to ride up and walk down, a fork that only does one thing well is great. But you love epic ascents, technical descents, winding single track and everything in between. So you need a fork that tackles it all. Like our Dual Position Air. It changes your fork's travel up to 30mm without changing its small bump performance. So, with a simple onboard turn and a click you can switch from climbing like a demon to bombing downhill with confidence.
  • Charger 2 Damping
The evolution of the acclaimed Charger, RockShox’s most advanced damper, brings a whole new level of performance and refinement for each intended use.
The Charger 2 damper designs provides a wider range of low speed compression adjustment in the Open mode, with a more usable Pedal setting that excels on rolling trails. The Firm setting on Pike and Lyrik has be re-tuned, and remote options with OneLoc provide on-the-fly access to the Firm mode and are an excellent match with RockShox Deluxe, Super Deluxe and Super Deluxe Coil remote rear shocks.
  • Rapid Recovery
Who doesn't want more available wheel travel for successive hits? The Rapid Recovery System allows the shock to recover faster between consecutive bumps, letting the wheel track the ground with greater precision. This more active suspension system doesn't pack up and enables the bike to ride in a higher and softer part of the travel. Rapid Recovery gives the rider access to more available wheel travel, bump after bump, to achieve a smoother and more controlled ride.
  • OneLoc
The OneLoc remote provides total control over your suspension at your fingertips. The increased leverage at the bar, translate in a smoother and easier actuation. Its countless mounting options (left and right, below or above the bar, tall or standard clamp) make it an ideal companion for SRAM's drivetrain, brakes and RockShox's Reverb remote.
  • Sag Gradients
Don't set your sag correctly, and you might as well be hopping onto someone else's bike. But why bust out plastic clips or rulers to keep your suspension fine-tuned? RockShox sag gradients are printed right on the fork's upper tubes making perfect suspension setup easy and accurate.
  • Power Bulge
When you need your forearms to be stronger for more control, you bulk them up in the gym. When you need more durability from your fork, bulk them up with Power Bulge. Other companies just increase the stanchion size adding extra weight. Power Bulge simply reinforces the lower leg to allow for an oversized bushing, increasing stiffness and maximizing your ride. Plus, it's called Power Bulge.
  • Bottomless Tokens
With the optional tokens (volume-spacer) the fork's air volume can be reduced to customize the spring rate characteristics. More supple performance with higher ramp up towards the end of the travel is achieved.
