GU Energy Gel with Carbohydrates - 24x32g

Tasty and portable energy for athletes

Food supplement: carbohydrate gel for use during sports.

GU Energy Gel packs energy-dense calories in a portable packet to help sustain energy demands of any duration or activity. The 100-calorie packet contains carbohydrates (maltodextrin and fructose) that use non-competing pathways to help maximize carbohydrate absorption and utilization while diminishing stomach distress. The primary electrolyte (sodium) aids in hydration by maintaining water balance. The branched-chain amino acids (L-Leucine, L-Valine and L-Isoleucine) may also reduce mental fatigue and decrease muscle damage.

Suggested usage:

While GU Energy Gels were designed for endurance sports, they can be used anytime you need energy to fuel a workout, regardless of what type. GU recommends taking one Energy Gel 5 minutes before activity and every 45 minutes along the way. In addition, should be consumed per hour 750 to 1000 ml liquid. Food supplements are no substitute for a varied and balanced diet. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The product must be stored out of the reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place.
