Gut
I've been using these for the past month now in temperature ranging from 0C to +5C. I have to add I'm riding with summer shoes underneath and these overshoes make the first hour bearable. Yesterday I did 80km in the rain and they worked great, noticed my feet were a bit damp at the 50km mark but nothing too bad. Quality is great.

The only downside is the lights, which is actually why I bought these. I've used them about 10 times now and I'd have to say they don't stay on for longer than 30 minutes before they turn off. And they turn off almost always at about the same time. Maybe the batteries can't deal with the cold? That would be a pretty lame design flaw considering these are made to be worn in cold weather.
