Description of Time XPRO 10 Carbon Pedal - black

The Time XPRO 10 is the perfect pedal for road cyclists, from enthusiasts to competitive athletes. The body of this pedal has been reinforced thanks to a new design and a more durable carbon material. Power transfer and stability are also improved with a larger pedal surface area of 725 mm2 compared with the already large surface area of the XPRESSO at 700 mm2. The lower plate acts a fairing to improve aerodynamics and also offers protection for the carbon blade.
Made in France

The Iclic system has been redesigned to allow for a more positive cleat engagement and to be more comfortable. The carbon blade is also adjustable in 3 positions to optimize engagement tension. Like the XPRESSO, the stack height is low, keeping the cyclist's sole as close to the center of the pedal axle as possible. This, along with the large pedal surface area results in incomparable pedaling efficiency and comfort.

Customer Reviews
Great pedals but the carbon body wears too fast.
The feeling is great with this pedals especially if you are a puncher (Thomas Vockler did use these pedals -xpresso+ not xpro -many years.)....but they have one problem : If you are a puncher and alternate frequently seated and dancing position you will wear the carbon body in less than 8000 Kms. (The rotation of your feet/cleats will wear both side of the retention surface which hold the cleats laterally.) : The carbon Time is using for the body is too soft ! They should cover the contact surface with replacable iron plates on each side....or add some hard composent with the carbon structure. Now I prefer to buy 2 pairs of Xpresso2 at 30 Euros every year (riding 20 000 Kms/year..each pair of first price Xpresso 2 last 12 000 Kms.
