Recommended usage:
For top results you should consume CLIF Bar one to three hours before your workout with plenty of water. So you bend hunger feelings before and you provide your working muscles with the necessary energy. For longer, less intense tours, e.g. hiking or cycling, you can take CLIF Bar also during the units to saturate your hunger and replenish your glycogen stores. CLIF Bar is ideal to replenish your energy tank again as a snack or after a busy day.
