The Castelli Free Aero Race 4 W Bibshort consists of nubbed Vortex material on the legs for good aerodynamics and Forza material with 38% Lycra® on the inside of the legs for a perfect fit. Striped mesh material on straps prevents overheating. The elastic GIRO4 leg cuffs provide a comfortable and larger fit. The Doppio V construction on the front offers more comfort. The cycling shorts have flat seams and are equipped with the Progetto X² Air Seamless seat pad for maximum comfort.

The Progetto X² Air seat pad has a double layer construction that provides progressive damping, great comfort characteristics and maximum breathability. The antibacterial surface reduces odors and increases hygiene. First layer is a soft, stretchy, seamless and bacteriostatic Skin-Care layer next to your skin. The cushioning layer with perforated viscous comfort padding is added under the ischial bones and in perineum area for maximum padding in these highly sensitive areas.
