Details of the iXS Trail EVO helmet

The Trail Evo offers all-round protection thanks to double inmold technology in which the helmet shell is directly connected to the absorbent EPS material. The large number of ventilation openings as well as their arrangement angle and integrated channels ensure high air circulation and optimum cooling. The 2-component adjustment unit with ErgoFit Ultra precision toothing offers comfortable and precise adjustment options in both vertical and horizontal directions to guarantee a good fit and high wearing comfort. The visor is fully adjustable and has a QuickRelease quick-release system, which allows the visor to fold away in the event of a fall. This minimizes the risk of injury and damage.

Inmould technology to optimize weight, ventilation and stability. The outer shell is combined with the impact-absorbing EPS material to form a single unit during the manufacturing process.
