With the integrated Specialized 1.2 drive unit, the Turbo Como proves to be the ultimate city bike. The engine is smooth, quiet and free of annoying vibrations. For the Turbo Como 4.0, Specialized has developed a special U1-500 battery that fits seamlessly into the frame and can be easily removed for easy recharging. In other words, there's enough battery to get you to and from work, your daily chores, and even a trip to the new café on the other side of town.

The Turbo Connect Display (TCD) is the best way to view trip data on your bike. It not only displays basic riding metrics (speed, cadence, power, battery level and time), but also allows you to switch between different modes. The design is robust and elegant, and it offers several mounting options. As for the Mission Control App, you will find that it now has more functions and is even more intuitive to use. It allows you to easily customize almost every aspect of your bike, monitor battery consumption, control your range, perform basic system diagnostics, and record and upload rides.

In this model, Specialized has used Ground Control geometry with a low-entry design that makes it easy to put your foot down at a stop sign while making it easier to get on and off. The fast rolling 700C wheels are paired with comfortable 50mm tires so they can roll quickly over most bumps and holes.
