BCAA Instant by SPONSER contains the branched-chain amino acids leucine, isoleucine and valine in the optimal ratio of 3:1:1 in micronized and instantized powder form. BCAA’s are among the essential amino acids, which the body cannot produce itself. In their function as amino acids and protein components, they support the development and maintenance of the muscle mass. In practice, they are often used during strength or endurance trainings or to increase the BCAA level in protein shakes (eg, Whey Isolate).

Ingredients of SPONSER BCAA Instant

Leucine can be considered as the most important amino acid in terms of muscle protein synthesis. It plays the „trigger“, and has the „detonator“ function for the growth stimulus and new formation of muscles.

Isoleucine, Valine: Together with leucine, these two amino acids also modulate the muscle protein synthesis, also via an insulinogenic effect.

All BCAA can be used for long-lasting physical efforts, when the energy stores (glycogen reserves) of the body are running out, to gain energy (gluconeogenesis).

Taurin is not an amino acid and has no activating or fatigue retardant effect, as commonly assumed because of its wide use in energy drinks. Taurine is primarily an antioxidant and, in the function, participates in many metabolic processes.

Vitamins C, B2, B6, B12, niacin and pantothenic acid help reducing the fatigue and contribute to a normal energy metabolism. Vitamin B6 supports a normal protein and glycogen metabolism while folic acid supports a normal amino acid metabolism.

Utilization:

To take directly before, during or after training/effort. Max. 2 servings per day.

Neutral: Add 1 ½ measuring spoons in a protein shake or in a sports drink.
Cola: Dissolve 2 level measuring spoons in 200 ml of water (can be increased accordingly).
