The practical packaging can be easily opened during the competition. Xenofit Energy Hydro Gel is more liquid than Xenofit Energy Gel and can be consumed quickly without drinking more water. The mixture of maltodextrin, dextrose and fructose provides at least 26 g of short- and long-chain carbohydrates per serving. Xenofit Energy Hydro Gel also contains vitamin C, as it is important for energy metabolism and helps to reduce exhaustion. The zinc it contains contributes to normal acid-base and carbohydrate metabolism.
The caffeinated version, Cola-flavor, contains 50 mg of caffeine from natural guarana extract per serving. In contrast to the caffeine of the coffee bean, the caffeine of the guarana seeds is only gradually released and therefore has a longer effect. Not recommended for children and pregnant women.
