Pedro's Pro Chain Whip

Pedro's new Pro Chain Whip is inspired by the popular Vise Whip and applies many of the same functional principles to a more traditional chain whip design. The design of the Pro Chain Whip focuses on functionality, practicality and safety.

The innovative chain holding hook offers several advantages. First, it holds the chain in place on the tool during storage. Second, it improves user safety by locking the tool to the cassette, ensuring complete chain wrapping and preventing slippage. An additional advantage of this feature is that the tool stays in place by itself. You no longer have to fiddle with the cassette with one hand while trying to hold the chain whip in place. Since the Pro chain whip is attached to the cassette, it can also be used to push the cassette off the hub.

A nice option when it comes to dirty sprockets. Taking into account the driving mechanics and portability, the Pro Chain Whip geometry maximizes effective leverage while maintaining tool length at a compact 270mm and 225g weight. The integrated ratchet wrench for fixed gears, optimized for ratchets with 41-42 mm outer diameter, increases versatility and is one tool less to carry.

The Pro Chain Whip is compatible with all multi-speed cassettes including 12-speed chains*, and the chain retaining hook fits sprockets with up to 18 teeth.
