Rugged is as rugged does. These pants are designed for your tougher adventures.

They're highly protective and durable, with extra stretch where you need it to keep your movements unhindered. The pants can be gathered in at the cuff for tougher activity. The DWR treatment used is fluorocarbon-free, for extra peace of mind.

Features of the Rugged Flex outdoor pants

• Durable polyamide fabric with stretch and FlexAble™ panels over seat and knees for increased comfort
• Fluorocarbon free DWR treated surfaces help repel water and dirt
• Two zippered hand pockets, one zippered thigh pocket – all with a sleek and clean look
• Elasticated waistband for comfort and a perfect fit
• Hook and loop adjustable bottom leg, for less bulk when (for example) cycling or bouldering

FlexAble™ are 4-way stretch fabrics providing an extremely high level of comfort and freedom of movement. These membrane free fabrics combine excellent vapour permeability with wind resistance and freedom of movement, which makes them ideal for use in garments for physically demanding outdoor activities. The outside of the fabric is water-repellent and the inners are constructed to wick moisture rapidly away from the body. All Flexable™ fabrics are treated with a PFOS/PFOA free DWR.

DWR - PFOS/PFOA FREE. Many of Haglöfs' fabrics are treated with DWR (Durable Water Repellent) to keep you dry, warm and clean for longer. Where it is possible without compromising the high level of functionality of garments, Haglöfs uses DWR treatments that are free from PFOS (Perfluorooctanesulfonic acid) and PFOA (Perfluorooctanoic acid) - causing less impact on the environment.
