The Trigger AM MIPS is the new all-mountain and trail helmet from iXS. It is based on the proven technologies of the well-known Trail RS Evo helmet and has been equipped with additional modern features.
The integrated, scientifically tested MIPS BPS system offers increased safety. It was specially developed to counteract rotational movements and thus minimizes the risk of brain injuries. The innovative, magnetic Fidlock fastening system allows the helmet to be put on and taken off quickly. The 19 internal and external ventilation openings ensure particularly good ventilation, and all pads are removable and washable. The "ErgoFit Ultra Evo" headband has a fine dial adjustment wheel and supports the optimum fit and fit of the helmet.
In a helmet with the MIPS Brain Protection System (BPS), the helmet shell and padding insert are joined together by an additional insert with a low friction surface. In the event of an angled impact, the MIPS insert allows the helmet to move with the direction of energy and in line with the shape of the head.
The MIPS was specially developed to counteract rotational movements.
