Freeze-dried basic for the day

For the perfect start of a day full of adventures: A classical whole grain bread as a baking mix made from 100% natural ingredients. It fills your energy reservoirs and makes you fit for your bike tour or mountain ascent. 

Preparation:

Pour the contents into a suitable container with 330 ml of lukewarm water, knead the mixture carefully until a dough is formed. Let the dough rest for at least 20 minutes and then shape it into a loaf of bread or buns. Baking temperature approx. 220°C. Baking time: bread 40-50 min, buns 15-25 min. The dough can be baked in a fi reproof bowl at an appropriate distance from a fire pit. The fireproof bowl should be lightly greased. Ready quantity approx. 830 grams. 

This product should be taken as part of a varied and balanced diet and in conjunction with a healthy lifestyle. Packed in controlled atmosphere. Store in a cool, dry place.
