The Schwarzbrenner 45 2.0 Disc front wheel have been designed for people that simply cannot decide whether if they want to ride big D+ passes or go for a Time Trial road trip…or maybe both of them… To keep it short its a real Swiss Army knife (sorry rather a German one). You will almost appreciate aggressive climbings thanks to its lateral stiffness and its low weight.

The Carbon Rims produced by a braiding robots will secure your rides during steep descents in the case of „once again“ you did not see that pot hole, you are riding the Carbon rims with the best impact resistance on the market. You do not have to be concerned about the heat resistance of the rims, with a temperature resistance of 245° you can simply focus on the road. In the flat country the 45mm aero profile of the rim and the SAPIM CX Ray Aero spokes will help you to be the fastest to the next pass.

The result can be seen not only optically, but also weighs only about 674g! There is a moderate weight limit of 100kg for the rider's weight.

The Schwarzbrenner 45 2.0 front wheel, like all other Tune wheels, is build and trued by hand. The installed KillHill hub has a mount for Centerlock brake discs.

Version with Standard Bearings:

The STANDARD precision bearings from TUne use a special bearing grease. They have been tried and tested for over 25 years and have an excellent price/performance ratio. The steel ball bearings are distinguished by their excellent durability. A standard nylon seal makes them insensitive to most weather conditions.
