The Tune BlackBurner 28 is super precise and nimble in curves during trail rides. An ideal wheel for tire widths from 2,25″ to 2,35″. Its lateral stiffness and modern look will further convince you that you made a good choice.

The different components of the BlackBurner 28 29″ haven been designed and chosen to obtain the lightest possible carbon wheel without exploding your budget. Concerning the lateral stiffness, the 32 D-Light SAPIM Stainless Steel spokes on the front wheel and on the rear wheel coupled with our KillHill and ClimbHill hubs will deliver all the precision and efficiency you need. Tune has chosen a UD carbon rim with 28mm inner width, which is one of the best on the market.

Version for 12x148 mm Boost thru axle. The ClimbHill disc hub is compatible with all 6-bolt brake discs and comes with a SRAM XD compatible freehub.

Version with Standard Bearings:

The STANDARD precision bearings from Tune use a special bearing grease. They have been tried and tested for over 25 years and have an excellent price/performance ratio. The steel ball bearings are distinguished by their excellent durability. A standard nylon seal makes them insensitive to most weather conditions.
