The optimized composition of short and medium chain carbohydrates contributes to the maintenance of endurance performance during exercise. The added minerals replace the electrolytes excreted by perspiration. Especially potassium, calcium and magnesium are crucial for proper muscle function. Even a fluid loss of 2% of body weight (1 - 2 liters) leads to a drop in performance of about 20%. A quick replacement of lost fluids is therefore important.

Very well tolerated. For the most part also suitable for fructose intolerance.

Application:

Please dissolve in water according to the following schedule:

• 1 ¼ scoop (approx. 20 g) yields 250 ml
• 2 ¼ scoops (approx. 36 g) makes 500 ml
• 4 ½ measuring spoons (approx. 72 g) yields 1000 ml

During e.g. competitions of more than 1 hour duration, 250 - 500 ml of the drink preparation should be drunk in the last hour before the start. During the stress phase, regular drinking in portions of 150 - 200 ml every 15 - 20 minutes is recommended.
