The exclusive EP8-RS motor was developed for the Orbea Rise and gives the quietest, most natural feeling assistance possible with no lag or drag. RS Power means that just as you are pedaling harder, the motor responds instantly with more assistance, which is one reason it feels so alive and natural.

A better battery - Urrun is all about long rides and big adventures. The highly optimized battery delivers the highest energy density. This allows the Power to be packed into an even smaller package for even longer rides, improving looks and reducing weight. In numbers, this means that the Urrun delivers energy for about 3500 meters of altitude or up to eight hours of riding time. So the highly optimized 540 watt-hour main battery in the Urrun can be compared to an 810 watt-hour battery in a conventional e-mountain bike. And with the Range Extender, even much longer tours are possible.
