Stronger than the spoke

Significantly more crack-resistant spoke anchoring in the rim base thanks to SmoothFit profile. Perfectly angular embedding of the nipples in the rim base. More durable than previous rim bases or mere shims, which add weight to the rim but do not reinforce the edge of the spoke hole.

Swedish spoke

Specially developed, computer-optimized Syntace Genius 1.7 custom spoke.

Made of particularly tough and tensile Swedish steel specially manufactured by Sapim. A very careful manufacturing allows shorter and more stable sections in the highest-loaded spoke ends at reduced weight. For emergency repairs compatible with standard straightpull spokes.

Bearing play micro-adjustable

The new test-optimized hub body made of 7050 aluminum is centered by also new, scaled and now splash-proof Syntace MicroAdjust caps backlash-free and at the same time completely tension-free.

Same spoke angle

In the front wheel same, in the EVO3 rear wheel largely aligned spoke angles. For greater stability and best steering precision. In the complete wheelset only one spoke length.

Save Tubeless snap fit humps

Against sudden loss of air when driving with very low tire pressure. Symmetrical rim for EVO3 standard equalizes the spoke angles on both sides.

90% higher load ball bearings

The previously used hub bearings (as well as those of many competitors) in the size 17x26x5mm digest 130kg until they are permanently deformed. The new, specially manufactured for Syntace super-stable 30mm ball bearings put away over 250kg.

3-fold protected bearings

New double Syntace Dura-Seal sealing caps (Pat. pend.) protect the now behind it on both sides sealed Syntace precision hub bearings. Filled with special grease, which has a more than 25% higher water absorption capacity, again improved corrosion inhibitors and a high bleeding temperature of the oil.

Note on sealing milk

Using sealing milk containing ammonia will cause corrosion damage to spoke nipples and rims. Make sure you use ammonia-free sealant on your Syntace rims or wheels.
