The Pedroc 16 was developed on the wild, narrow trails of the Dolomites and put through its paces in this demanding terrain to provide maximum comfort in challenging terrain.
The lightness, breathability and high wearing comfort of the Pedroc 16 is achieved by the Dry Back Contact system: the generous ventilation channels reduce the contact areas between the backpack and the back, and their design ensures better air circulation and ventilation. The shoulder straps are integrated directly into the back system for a snug fit that won't slip even during high-movement speed hiking adventures. In addition, the ergonomically shaped and divided shoulder straps improve breathability and freedom of movement, moreover, the thoughtful cutouts save weight again.
The Pedroc 16 is made of 70 denier Duralite material. The double ripstop nylon construction is characterized by its high abrasion and tear resistance despite its very low weight.
The backpack is equipped with hydration system preparation, quick-access zippered side pockets and front access to the main compartment. Via the One-Hand Compression System, the backpack can also be adjusted in a flash on tour: By simply pulling the top cord, the backpack is compressed - without having to put it down.
The Pedroc 16 is part of the SALEWA® Committed collection and features a low ecological footprint thanks to its PFC-free, water-repellent DWR coating.
