The main body is made of lightweight micro-piqué polyester that offers plenty of air permeability while providing UPF 50 protection. The sleeves are exceptional for a summer sun protection jersey as they are very light and stretchy so they don't weigh you down while blocking 97% of UV rays (UPF 30).
The Prologo 7 Long Sleeve is also a great jersey for cool spring and fall days. With a heavier base layer, you can wear it down to below 15°C/60°F and then add a vest when it gets even colder.
