Road bike with built-in tailwind

The successful Kiaro model now hits the roads with extra boost. In the Pmax version, there is a minimalist low-friction motor from Ebikemotion on the rear wheel as well as a barely noticeable 250-Wh battery in the down tube - integration at the highest level! The overall package provides the perfect mix of low weight and optimal support at the same time. Especially on the mountain there is no stopping.

• Compact 2kg lightweight hub motor from Ebikemotion. The drive achieves a torque of up to 40 Nm and supports the rider especially on the mountain at speeds of up to 26 km/h.
• Without assistance, the motor rotates virtually without resistance and allows efficient riding on the flat, as with a conventional road bike.
• Flat mount standard for the best possible integration of the brake - ideal for the aerodynamic demands of a road bike.
• In the down tube is a perfectly integrated 250 Wh battery.
• The control unit is inconspicuous and perfectly integrated in the top tube.
• Fork and frame nestle together and appear as if they were cast from a single mold. The fork features a particularly round and thus fiber-friendly transition between the crown and the lower bearing point. This significantly increases the stability and stiffness of the fork.

Seat comfort

In the seat tube node, the top tube, seat stays and seat tube form a shapely unit that simultaneously offers vertical flex and thus a lot of seating comfort.

Integrated cockpit

The optional handlebar/stem unit, together with the integrated cable routing via the headset, ensures a super clean look and prevents the classic cable tangle.

Sophisticated battery management

The down tube houses a perfectly integrated 250-Wh battery. Those who need power for longer can mount up to two range extenders on the two bottle cage positions and increase the capacity up to 670 Wh.

Efficient propulsion

The pronounced fin on the left side of the bottom bracket generates enormous torsional stiffness for maximum propulsion efficiency.

Hot Melt Carbon

In addition to the fiber quality, the resin matrix is crucial for the production of the carbon fiber mats. The Simplon specific hot-melt process minimizes the resin content in the fiber composite. The carbon fibers are directly impregnated with the epoxy resin without additional solvents. The lower resin content saves weight, the balanced matrix ensures high stiffness and homogeneous quality.
