Power Porridge is a warm sports breakfast or a great way to prepare for a competition. Especially designed for athletes, this porridge provides long-lasting, easily digestible energy without bloating due to its unique combination of complex carbohydrates and high-quality milk and whey protein. Power Porridge is prepared with hot water and/or milk and is ready to eat in 3 min.
Power Porridge is based on oats and whey protein isolate enriched with Vitargo™. Power Porridge is further supplemented with low glycemic waxy maize starch as well as the beta-glucan rich oat bran concentrate called OatWell®. These soluble fibres cause the gelling behaviour of oats and improve digestion.
Vitargo™ is a patented long-chain carbohydrate derived from barley starch with a molecular weight 100x higher than conventional maltodextrin.

Usage:
Ideal for breakfast or before competitions. Meal timing depends on the intensity and type of exercise. Power Porridge is consumed either 3 - 4 hours before a competition or 1 - 2 hours before long-lasting low-intensity exercise. Serving size can and should be adapted to individual need and desire.
Preparation:
Add 3 spoonfuls of porridge (ca. 60 g) to 100 ml water and 100 ml milk. Bring to a boil and let thicken for 3 min. Season with cinnamon to taste.
