There are mountains that remain etched in the memory, whether because of their beauty or the feelings you experience when you reach the summit and a wonderful 360-degree panorama spreads out before you. For KARPOS, Monte Pizzocco in the Dolomiti Bellunesi National Park is one of these mountains. A fascinating and elegant line leads up to this mountain, which was first climbed in 1934 by the two legends Ettore Castiglioni and Bruno Detassis. It is a true jewel of a grade VI route, the most difficult route of the time.
This route on such a beautiful and majestic mountain inspired KARPOS to create the Pizzocco Half-Zip, a fleece with a half-length zipper in a simple, plain-colored look that dispenses with everything superfluous. It is warm, stretchy and breathable and offers maximum comfort in any situation. It is perfect as a second layer for various sporting activities and is made of thermal fleece with a checkerboard structure on the inside that increases thermal insulation. The result is a very breathable and lightweight garment that weighs just 306 grams and helps to maintain a constant body temperature.
