CreaFast® enables the achievement and maintenance of an effective creatine plasma concentration range (300 - 700 μmol/l) over 5 - 6 hours, maximizing muscle uptake and reducing the risk of unwanted side effects.

Recommended usage:

As needed: 3 tabs once a day in one single administration, for a total of 3 g of creatine; one serving, corresponding to 2 tabs, three times per day at 6 hours intervals for a total of 6 g of creatine. In this case, do not exceed thirty days of oral supplementation.
