In aluminum frames, CUBE relies on hydroforming, butted tubing, and proprietary Advanced Mechanical Forming. The Size Split concept adjusts wheel size based on frame size. In the e-bike segment, the strategic Bosch partnership, together with the Modular Battery System, forms the core of the drive system.
The C:68X layup is CUBE’s flagship technology in carbon frame construction. It combines an optimized fiber blend with a resin system enhanced with nanoparticles. The result is frames with high stiffness at reduced weight. The Advanced Twin Mold manufacturing process precisely controls fiber alignment and minimizes the need for additional reinforcement. C:62 uses a higher proportion of high-modulus fibers combined with an enhanced nanoparticle resin system. Together with monocoque construction and a removable core, this reduces wrinkles in overlap areas. The result is improved structural integrity with lower wall thickness.
