The Topo MT-5 offers the ideal introduction to trail running in moderate terrain or as a Door2Trail shoe.
The 5 mm instead of 3 mm drop makes it easier to switch from classic trail shoes. Designed as an all-rounder, it takes trail, dirt track, forest or rock in its stride - and the way there on asphalt too. Like all Topo trail shoes, the MT-5 naturally offers a full Vibram® sole. Thanks to its soft rubber compound, the XS Trek Evo offers excellent grip and support with a multidirectional tread pattern and lasts just as long as hard soles. This applies equally to dry and wet surfaces. The new, water-repellent structured functional mesh is highly resistant to the onset of rain. If water does get into the shoe, the MT-5 offers quick drying thanks to good ventilation. And if it gets really dirty, it can be upgraded thanks to the gaiter straps. This is what a modern Door2Trail shoe for changing surfaces looks like today.
