The Shutter Precision SV-8 is not only on of the smallest hub dynamos. With only 357 grams it is probably also one of the lightest hub dynamos on the market so far. Just like the bigger PV-8, the SV-8 combines a very good efficiency with a low no-load loss.
It is designed for 20" inch wheels and delivers a nominal power of 3 watts at 6 Volt. It is also ready to be used with 26" and 28" wheels where it develops 2.4 watts.
The SV-8 is suitable for quick release axles and wheels with rim brakes.
