It is made with in-mold construction to reduce weight while increasing durability so it can withstand daily use. Thanks to the Cord Loc™ fit system, the helmet is quick and easy to adjust. In summary, you get the versatility to take it all out - from the forest to singletrack to city streets.

The Cord Loc™ Fit System is an ingeniously simple and durable adjustment system. Infinitely variable adjustment is achieved by pulling the elastic adjustment strap, the plastic catch clamps the strap (similar to a hood on an outdoor jacket) and the helmet fits comfortably and securely.

With the in-mold construction, the robust polycarbonate outer shell is bonded to the impact-absorbing EPS inner shell in a single step during the foaming process. This makes the helmet even more resistant without adding weight. This production process also makes it possible to create significantly better ventilation systems and ventilation openings. Compared to traditional helmets, in-mold helmets are therefore lighter and have significantly better ventilation systems.
