With this jacket, rainy weather can't harm you.
It is made from Deflect™ material, which provides particularly good protection against wind and rain. It is nevertheless very light and extremely breathable. The rain jacket has a minimalist design. There is a full-length zipper at the front and the width of the collar can be adjusted using the Velcro fastener.
The jacket is completely waterproof and has taped seams. It is equipped with a zippered pocket on the back to protect items from the rain. In addition, numerous reflective elements improve visibility in low light conditions.
Event 70 is a 3-layer fabric: the outer layer is made of polyamide with an open structure and a water-repellent Durable Water Repellant (DWR) treatment. The middle PTFE membrane is highly breathable, elastic and waterproof, while the inside has a hydrophilic lining.
