CeramicSpeed Coated OSPW X Pulley Wheels for Shimano XT/XTR 12-speed - gold

The OSPW X System reduces friction 35-40% over stock pulley configuration. The lightweight custom molded carbon fiber cage ensures durability. This design allows the use of the same length chain as stock pulleys. Each pulley wheel is fitted with CeramicSpeed high quality ceramic bearings that offer a more efficient drivetrain.

The 14-tooth upper and 18-tooth lower pulley profiles ensure stable chain retention without added drag.  The Oversized Pulley Wheel System for Shimano 12-speed is developed, designed and handbuilt in Denmark and comes with CeramicSpeed oil and a sticker sheet.

Coated bearings come with an extremely thin (2-3 microns) protective layer, which is 75% harder than hardened steel. This is applied to the entire raceway, and makes the bearing even more resistant to contamination, as well as further reducing friction.

CeramicSpeed coated products are covered by a lifetime warranty*. The unique coating formula is a metallic layer that covers the bearing races and makes them 75% harder than steel. Thanks to this, they are highly resistant to corrosion and the coating provides an even lower friction than our standard bearings. Even if the bearing is contaminated with degreaser, water or mud, the risk of bearing failure due to corrosion is negligible if you choose the coated version.

* the lifetime warranty covers all coated bearings and OSPW derailleur cages of CeramicSpeed - and this even retroactively to all products purchased from 01.01.2021. The confidence in our own products should be passed on to the customers at this point. Products outside the new warranty terms will continue to be covered by a four-year warranty.
