Details of the FOX Flight Helmet

The multi-part M9 lining system consists of 9 different segments that improve support and comfort and guarantee the best breathability. For this purpose, the in-house Fox Varizorb™ was used, an EPS foam with different densities that absorbs, distributes and reduces the forces acting on the head in the event of a fall.

M9™ EPS

The new M9 EPS system is a multi-part protective lining system with 9 separate EPS foam sections held together via a durable yet flexible structural framework. The result is perfect protection, dynamic flexibility, and comfortable wear.

Big Bore Vents

The 8 Big Bore vents complement the M9 EPS system for enhanced ventilation.

Varizorb™

The Flight helmet is designed with the new Varizorb lining material. The material is made of cone-shaped EPS with selectively placed zones of varying density, ensuring maximum impact absorption and protection.

Sealed Liner

Removable, high-quality liner with heat-sealed edges provides durability during washing as well as comfort and a clean look.
