At the request of WorldTour riders, a long-sleeved base layer was developed to provide summer-ready moisture and odor control that can be worn under race gear like the EQUIPE RS Spring Fall Aero Jersey or Spring Fall Jacket. On cold or chilly days, wicking away internal moisture is just as important as protecting against external elements. This is especially true for intense workouts and races, when multiple intervals, hill sprints or attacks can lead to clammy wetness and a chilly feeling. In contrast, moisture wicking all over your arms is a must for indoor training, where the wind can't dry the sweat on your arms.
