It has everything a good trekking boot needs - no more and no less - to accompany you on a multi-day or multi-week hike. This classic, timeless boot is perfect for long-distance hikes, such as the Fjällräven Classic in Sweden. The HANWAG Wide last has a standard heel area, but is wider in the forefoot and ball area - for people for whom the standard models are too narrow. The shoe adapts perfectly to the female foot as it is made on a women's specific last and has a corresponding sole construction. Its one-piece upper made of high-quality, robust nubuck has fewer seams, which makes it particularly dirt-resistant and easy to care for - ideal for long hikes. The updated version has a softer ankle cuff and an instep made from robust fabric. A waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX membrane provides weather protection. And on varied, rough terrain such as the Swedish hiking trail "Kungsleden", the Vibram Fuoraska sole with 6.5 mm tread depth and marked heel ensures excellent grip and traction.
