At BEAST, the scientific aspect of working with carbon as a material comes first. Specially developed optimization algorithms make it possible to determine the best possible layer structure. Using state-of-the-art methods, techniques and manufacturing processes as well as experience from the automotive and aerospace industries, high-quality, stable and durable carbon components are created that you can trust uncompromisingly. BEAST works with the best tools: its own hands.

The combination of quality, robustness and low weight has priority at BEAST. The complete value chain of components for road bikes, gravel bikes and MTBs is in BEAST's own hands and every product comes from their own house: design, engineering, production and testing. All handmade in Germany. BEAST pursues the goal that the parts pass the toughest industrial tests and at the same time are perfectly manufactured. 
The outstanding engineering, the innovative manufacturing, the quality and the extraordinary aesthetics of the BEAST products due to the coloured carbon surfaces, make MTB and road cycling a breathtaking experience for you. 

The range includes wheels, rims, handlebars, stems,, saddles, seat posts and bottle holders for road and MTB. All parts are handcrafted in the Dresden factory.

Beast Components knows that it is important for carbon rims and wheels - in addition to low weight and robustness - to achive agood balance between stiffness and suppleness. For this reason, all components at BEAST are simulated using the finite element method. The lightweight construction experts from Dresden can use this method to determine which properties the respective rim types need to optimally meet their requirements. The result of long and intensive research and development work as well as countless test rides are finally various road bike, gravel and MTB rims that set new standards in terms of stability, lightweight and design. For example, the BEAST RX40 carbon rim is aerodynamically optimized and now features a hooked design for an unlimited tire selection. The GR40 and GR25 are BEAST's Gravel rims for freedom-loving riders who want to go off-road. The ultra-light XC25 and XC30 are all about riding fast on trails, and the ED30 MTB rim gives you outstanding stability and durability, even when the impact is heavy. The HY35 rim is designed for the extreme demands of E-MTBs. For ambitious downhill riders, Beast Components has combined all its know-how in the DH30 rim: pure robustness and reliability in every conceivable situation.
