Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on our Energy Gels, but does not require the subsequent drinking of water (of up to a maximum of 2 hours). The watery gel solution is excellent to consume even under the highest stress in training and competition and is uncomplicated in use.
The energy demand of the muscles that occurs during endurance exercise can no longer be adequately met by the body after only about 90 minutes. Modern formulas such as Squeezy Liquid Energy with increased water content, meet this need and supply the body with complex carbohydrates and minerals without post-drinking. Ideal for long distance running (half marathon,marathon, ultra), triathlon, duathlon, cycling, winter sports like skating and cross country skiing and many more.
Liquid Energy Gels contain isomaltulose, which can be consumed without problems by athletes with lactose intolerance and celiac disease. If fructose intolerance is present, we recommend testing these products for tolerance in small amounts.
It is recommended to consume 3 Liquid Energy Gel sachets á 60 ml per hour of athletic exertion. Professional athletes consume up to 4 sachets/hour. With this variant of the gel, no additional immediate post-drinking is necessary, as it already contains the required water.
