Squeezy Liquid Energy is based on our energy gels, but does not require you to drink water (for up to a maximum of 2 hours). The aqueous gel solution is easy to consume and uncomplicated to use, even under maximum stress during training and competition. Details of Squeezy Liquid Energy

The energy requirements of the muscles during endurance exercise can no longer be adequately met by the body after around 90 minutes. Modern formulas such as those from Squeezy Liquid Energy with an increased water content cover this requirement and supply the body with complex carbohydrates and minerals without the need to drink more. Ideal for long-distance running (half marathon, marathon, ultra), triathlon, duathlon, cycling, winter sports such as skating and cross-country skiing and many more.

Liquid Energy Gels contain isomaltulose, which is safe to consume for athletes with lactose intolerance and coeliac disease. If you have a fructose intolerance, Squeezy recommends testing these products in small quantities for tolerance.

Consumption recommendation:

Depending on the intensity of exercise, 120-180ml should be consumed within one hour. Additional drinking is necessary at higher outside temperatures and/or during physical exertion. The opened refiller can be kept refrigerated for up to 6 months under optimal conditions, provided it is not contaminated by contaminated hands, mouth etc. pp. Squeezy recommends consumption within 4-6 weeks.
