FOX SLS Super Light Steel Coil Spring for DHX2 / Van RC Shocks since 2016 - 3.15" Travel - for 241/250mm Insert Length

The Fox Super Light Steel (SLS) spring from FOX is lighter than titanium springs at a more affordable price. A proprietary surface treatment and stress relief process removes residual stresses from the spring, allowing them to withstand higher stresses. Each spring is optimized by using a smaller wire diameter and fewer coils, creating a lighter spring.

• inner diameter: 1.385 inches (35 mm)

• compatible shocks (insert length x shock travel):
  9.5 x 3.0 inches (241 x 76 mm)
  9.85 x 3.0 inches (250 x 75 mm)

SLS (Super Light Steel) springs are compatible with Fox DHX2 and Van RC rear shocks from model year 2016. For use with rear shock models before 2016 a special SLS spring retainer (FOX284361) has to be purchased.
