Design philosophy
Good heat regulation is the key to efficient riding in hot climates. Thanks to the moisture-wicking function, the Endura Xtract Lite Short regulates your body temperature. The temperature-regulating functions of these shorts include the UPF50+ sun protection factor and a temperature-regulating 500 series pad.
Women's padding from the 500 series
When you're out and about in warmer climes, the biggest challenge is regulating the temperature correctly. The padding is one of the most important points to consider, as heat builds up quickly in this area, causing the body temperature to rise rapidly. The new Endura women's padding from the 500 series, which is also used for the Xtract Lite collection, meets this requirement. It is equipped with a new generation of water-repellent foam. Dispersefoam™, an exclusive Endura product, has a disruptive foam cell construction that dries particularly well compared to conventional PU foams and ensures significantly improved air permeability. The smooth CVP stretch material and stretchy features reduce the risk of injury and ensure comfort in the saddle. The shorts also feature a quick-drying silver yarn fabric and a durable, antibacterial finish.
