Enduro racing nowadays is fancy about 29“ wheels, the DUROLUX will unleash riders’ potential on taller wheels. The DUROLUX comes with the World Cup proven R2C2 PCS cartridge, the definition of pure traction and control. 36mm stanchions, 29 inch wheels, tied with 160mm of travel are the perfect mix to attack demanding tracks. Integrated and detachable trail fender, QSP ports, 180mm direct brake mount and QSP construction tick the boxes of dedicated pilots such as Remy Absalon winning the Megavalanche 2016. The devil has worked into the details with the new 29 inch DUROLUX revamping construction and materials with a celestial outcome and weight dropping even below the 27.5 inch version.

PCS For a world less shaken

Control and predictability are key elements in the total enjoyment and progression of our passion, mountain biking.
Performance: Performance thru Controlled Speed. Suntour believes in having developed a refined damper platform that can perform at any riding level, functions simply and follows it's QSP (Quick Service Product) philosophy.

Control: PCS (Piston Compensator System) is 17 years of constant refinement within the cartridge science program. PCS is a simple and repeatable way, to reduce cavitation (air and oil mixing, creating pressure, building bubbles) inside the cartridge. This separation significantly reduces cavitation, which provides consistent and predictable damping performance at a WC DH level as well as throughout an entire season of ambitious riding.

Longevity: Performance needs to be proven in the long run. Single cartridges with more than 200,000 cycles on testing machines and countless hours with the WERX team have proven that Suntour's PCS is built to ride more hours and spend less time in a stand. But when the time comes for some fork care, service must be possible, quick and easy. All parts can be disassembled and the system can be bled and re-assembled again without the use of special tools.
