The name 40.ZS49 describes the semi integrated (also known as press fit or zero stack) Ahead reduction headset for 1.5 to 1 1/8" conversion and frames with a 49mm inner diameter headtube. The S.H.I.S. denotation (see attachment) of the lower part offered here is ZS49/30.
