29 inch wheelset with UST Tubeless compatible WTB ST Light i30 rims and high-quality Shimano Deore XT M8110 hubs.

WTB ST Light i30 rim

The WTB ST Light i30 rim creates an affordable solution to the previously cost-prohibitive hurdle of Tubeless mountainbiking. UST compliant bead hooks border a tape and sealant-driven inner rim profile, providing standards-based, repeated Tubeless consistency.

TCS 2.0 (Tubeless Compatible System)

TCS 2.0 introduces a more robust, easily installed and dependable Tubeless system. A recessed channel along the center of TCS 2.0 rims makes the use of the so-called Solid Strip possible which prevents Tubeless tape from sagging at the spoke holes and results in a smooth, consistent interface between the tire and rim. Installation of the stout Solid Strip allows for more pliable and easy to install Flex Tape to provide the airtight seal needed for a Tubeless system.

On-Ramp

An angled inner rim profile that allows the bead of the tire to move easily and smoothly into place during installation and inflation.

Shimano Deore XT M8110-B hubs

The Shimano Deore XT HB-M8110 and FH-M8110 hubs with Centerlock brake disc mount offer reliable Trail performance thanks to their high-quality cup-and-cone-bearings which guarantee smooth rolling characteristics. The Micro Spline freewheel design originally developed for the XTR M9100 series is also adopted for the FH-M8110 rear hub where it provides faster acceleration and accordingly high driving pleasure.

Micro Spline

The aluminium freewheel with 22 evenly spaced teeth keeps the cassette firmly under control for immediate response and also allows the use of a 10 teeth sprocket. In addition, the smaller and compared to the usual Hyperglide freewheel bodies more extensive gearing prevents rotor damage.
