In developing the STAGE SERIES Evoc has placed great emphasis on designing backpacks with many sophisticated technical features that optimally support the driver while biking and form a unit with him. A secure, body-hugging fit with maximum ventilation at the same time was the main focus. At the same time, the backpacks should not appear overloaded. The design is accordingly kept relatively simple, yet everything has its place and is safely stowed when not in use.

Thanks to the AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM maximum back ventilation is guaranteed, at the same time the rider wears the backpack as close to the back as possible. This keeps the load behavior of the backpack under control and the rider benefits from enormous freedom of movement on the bike. One hardly feels the backpack. The BRACE LINK - this small piece of metal - also has a great influence on the wearing comfort. It is the connecting piece from the backpack to the shoulder strap and ensures that the carrying system automatically adapts to the shoulder width of the rider.

The Special Edition TEAM stands for an independent design concept that was co-developed by Evoc team athletes. Technically, the equipment corresponds to the STAGE 12L.

Technologies of the EVOC STAGE TEAM backpack

• AIR CIRCULATION
  AIR CIRCULATION is used in all backpacks of the Evoc PERFORMANCE line, as it ensures optimal ventilation even during high exertion and perspiration. A constant free circulation of air is guaranteed by the vertically guided air channel. Additional air can escape via lateral recesses along the channel. In addition, the padding has been reduced, optimizing the air flow without compromising comfort.
• AIR FLOW CONTACT SYSTEM
  The requirement here is to transfer even larger loads as neutrally as possible to the body's center of gravity and at the same time minimize the contact surfaces to the back and shoulders. Evoc solves this contradiction with a back section in which the ventilation components, such as large ventilation channels (see Figure 01) and specially milled and perforated EVA pads (see Figure 02), are moved inward behind a mesh fabric. This achieves a fit close to the back while optimizing back ventilation. Hipbelt wings and shoulder straps with Air Mesh, as well as ventilation slots, extend the concept of the close-fitting yet well-ventilated back system.
• AIRO FLEX
  AIRO FLEX refers to an extremely strong fabric that is as permeable to air as it is flexible. Evoc use it on their highest quality backpacks to combine both optimal load transfer to the hips and the highest level of comfort through maximum ventilation.
• BRACE LINK
  The BRACE LINK system impresses with optimal adjustment of the backpack straps to the shoulder width of the athlete. The flexible alignment supports load distribution to the body's center of gravity while minimizing the contact area to the back and shoulders. The BRACE LINK also makes it possible to wear a neck brace.
