The BMC ICS Carbon Aero Gen 2 cockpit is the pinnacle of aerodynamic integration and racing ergonomics. Designed by BMC Impec Lab engineers in collaboration with Tudor Pro Cycling, BMC have taken a pure “by racers, for racers” approach. It delivers a no-compromise blend of stiffness, weight, and user-focused functionality. Engineered with AeroSynthesys philosophy, this cockpit acts as the leading edge of your system - cutting airflow before it reaches the rider for real aero gains.

It delivers twice the stiffness of BMC's  previous generation thanks to an optimized layup of carbon composite and a new steerer clamping system that improves surface contact to the steerer tube for maximum control and power transfer.

The main option is designed with a compact width of 370mm (hoods) and 420mm (drops), and BMC complete the line with 390/440 and 410/460 larger width options. A 12° flare, ensure optimal ergonomics and positioning. The drops are designed inline with today’s offset brake levers (SRAM Red). BMC’s progressive drop shape ensures confident handling and smooth hand transitions from the different grip positions on the bar. Multiple stem lengths are available: from 80 to 140mm in 10mm increments - ready to dial in your race fit.

External cable routing is streamlined and simple, with clean under-bar covers. Mechanics will enjoy this design - it’s so user-friendly it practically fixes itself.

The ICS2 Carbon Aero Gen.2 handlebar-stem unit is delivered with a computer mount compatible with Garmin and Wahoo devices, plus a GoPro mount interface that will let you bolt additional accessories of your choice (light, camera, etc.).
